A little more about me.
I deem myself an artist going all the way back to elementary school. I explored illustration, coloring, shading, painting, video editing, baking, music, and probably more. It wasn't until college when I fell in love with film. Film is a world of its own, each one carrying levels of interpretation like a never ending staircase. No two people interpret a film the same way, whether the reasoning be the level of technical knowledge they have, their attentiveness, or their own personal experiences. Film is art, and I could dive into it forever. And the more exposure you have to other means of expression like I had listed above, can add to that analysis in films. Picking up music beats in the editing, certain framing in a shot, even just the color pallet chosen is there with a purpose. Thousands of decisions were made before your very eyes, and most people are blind to them, absorbing the film as a whole. I'm here to break it down, whether it be through themes throughout multiple films, or just a simple movie review. I appreciate any amount of support you give and thank you for reading my little blog.
